Editable supplier invoice header fields, including currency and exchange rate. Omitted supplier defaults are refreshed when the supplier changes; explicit values take precedence. WHT and lifecycle state are not directly editable. Accounting year/month must form a complete pair. Without override, disabling default-current recomputes the period for date, office or period changes; enabling it preserves the selected period except that office changes default to the new office's current period. Unrelated updates preserve the existing period.

int32 | null

Optional. Zero uses the supplier default. When omitted, uses the supplier default on creation or supplier change; otherwise preserves the existing master supplier.

int32 | null

Optional. Defaults to the supplier office on creation or supplier change. On update, preserves the existing office if the supplier has no default office, or if the supplier is unchanged.

int32 | null

Optional. Defaults to the supplier currency on creation or supplier change; otherwise preserves the existing currency.

double | null

Optional. Exchange rate; calculated for the final office, currency and invoice date when they change or on creation. Must be positive; home currency requires one.

string | null

Optional. Fulfilled date. On create, defaults to InvoiceDate when omitted or null. On update, preserves the existing value when omitted or null.

double

Optional. Control total; defaults to zero. Must be non-negative and fit numeric(13,2); currencies without decimals require a whole amount.

boolean

Optional. Suppress 1099 reporting; defaults to false. True is allowed only for a supplier configured for 1099 reporting.

boolean

When true, uses the selected accounting period. On update, changing office with default-current enabled selects the target office's current period even with override, unless a different accounting period is supplied. Otherwise creation uses the configured current period or invoice-date period; updates follow the same date-based rule when defaulting to current is disabled.

int32 | null

Optional. Supply with AccountingMonthId. Required on creation when OverrideAccountingYearMonth is true; otherwise omit on creation. Defaults follow the configured current-period option or invoice date. Updates preserve the existing period for unrelated changes.

int32 | null

Optional. Supply with AccountingYearId. Required on creation when OverrideAccountingYearMonth is true; otherwise omit on creation. Without override, date-based resolution never silently advances a closed period.

int32 | null

Optional. On creation or supplier/office change, selects the supplier default tax code only if available in the final office's candidates. When no supplier default is configured, creation or office changes try the office default. An unavailable default preserves the existing invoice tax code; creation without a valid default requires an explicit tax code. A configured but unavailable supplier default does not fall back to the office default. Updates may retain the original invoice tax code.

string | null
string | null

Optional. Due date; calculated from supplier payment terms on creation or supplier change. Otherwise omission or null preserves the existing date. An explicit date takes precedence.

int32 | null

Optional. Defaults to the supplier payment type on supplier change; preserves the existing payment type if no supplier default is configured or the supplier is unchanged. Creation uses the configured supplier or system default.

int32 | null

Optional. Defaults to the configured AP account on creation or supplier/office/master-supplier change. On update, preserves the existing AP account if no default is configured; the final account must be valid for the final office.
