The total hours of time entry, It's used when BillableHours and NonBillableHours are not provided. If this field, BillableHours and NonBillableHours are not provided during update, the total hours will remain unchanged.

The billable hours of time entry, It can only be specified for billable jobs. The total of BillableHours and NonBillableHours can't exceed 24 hours.

The non-billable hours of time entry，It can be specified for both billable and non-billable jobs. The total of BillableHours and NonBillableHours can't exceed 24 hours.

double | null

If not provided, it will be calculated based on the employee's cost rate.

When "Timesheet Notes Required" option is enabled, notes must be provided.
